Questions
What buyers ask us
Are the plots freehold and registrable in my name?
Yes. Every plot we sell is freehold, individually registrable at the sub-registrar office in the buyer's name, and comes with a demarcation certificate and possession letter.
Can I visit the site before booking?
We encourage it, and we would rather you did. Raise an enquiry on any project or plot and our team will schedule a visit at a time that suits you, including weekends.
What documents will I receive?
Registered sale deed, approved layout plan, diversion order, title chain, latest tax receipts, possession letter and the demarcation certificate for your specific plot.
Do you help with home loans?
Our projects are documented to the standard lenders ask for, and we coordinate directly with your bank's legal and technical teams. Loan approval remains the bank's decision.
Can you construct a farm house on the plot I buy?
Yes — that is a core part of what we do. Our architecture and construction teams can take the same plot from design through to a finished, handed-over farm house.
Is there a maintenance or development charge?
Internal development is included in the plot rate. Where a project has ongoing common maintenance, the charge is stated in writing before you book. There are no charges disclosed after booking.
Still have a question?
Ask it directly. If the honest answer is that a project does not suit you, that is the answer you will get.
