What we collect when you enquire, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it.

What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, phone number, email address, city, budget range and message you provide, along with the project or plot the enquiry relates to.
We also record technical information sent automatically by your browser — your IP address, browser user-agent and the page you enquired from. This is used to prevent automated spam and to understand which pages generate genuine interest.
Why we collect it
The single purpose is to respond to your enquiry: to call or message you about the plots, projects or construction work you asked about, and to arrange a site visit if you want one.
We keep a record of enquiries so that if you come back to us months later, the team can see what you were previously shown rather than starting from zero.
Who can see it
Enquiries are visible only to authorised staff of Gour Construction (India) Private Limited who are signed in to our internal panel. Each staff account is individually created, individually named in our activity log, and can be deactivated immediately.
We do not sell, rent, trade or share your details with property portals, brokers, lenders or any other third party. If you ask us to introduce you to a bank for a loan, we will ask your permission first, each time.
How it is stored
Data is held in a managed PostgreSQL database with access restricted at the database level. Public pages on this website can read only published project and plot information — they have no access to enquiry, sales or staff records.
Uploaded images and documents are stored in managed object storage. Any document containing personal information is restricted to signed-in staff.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as they remain commercially relevant, and in any case no longer than five years from the last contact, unless the enquiry became a sale — in which case the associated records are retained as long as required for legal and taxation purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to us using the contact details on this website and we will act on it within a reasonable period.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any point, by phone, WhatsApp or email, and we will do so.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookie set is strictly necessary — for example, the session cookie that keeps a staff member signed in to the internal panel.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the revised date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the website after that date means you accept the revised policy.
