Plot availability, dimensions, facing, rates and possession timelines shown on this site are provided in good faith and are updated regularly, but they do not constitute a legal offer or a binding commitment to sell.

A sale is created only by a written agreement executed between you and the company, and completed by registration at the office of the sub-registrar. Nothing on this website, in any brochure, or in any conversation preceding that agreement forms part of the contract unless it is reproduced in the agreement itself.

Prices displayed are for the plot or unit only, and are exclusive of stamp duty, registration charges, GST where applicable, and any statutory levy.

Prices are subject to revision without notice until a booking is confirmed in writing. Once a booking amount is received and acknowledged, the agreed rate is held on the terms recorded in that acknowledgement.

Photographs, layout plans, master plans, floor plans and visualisations are indicative. Dimensions shown on drawings are subject to on-site survey, and the demarcation certificate issued at handover is the operative record of your plot's boundaries.

The content, design, drawings, photographs and marks on this website belong to Gour Construction (India) Private Limited and may not be reproduced or republished without written permission.

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on information published here rather than on the executed agreement and registered documents.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
